Territoire fédéral de Kuala Lumpur : locations de vacances

« Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

« Check-in was easy with Five Senses because they has its own reception counter. Previously, I booked with other accommodations and had to do self check-in, so this was much more convenient. The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean. The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport. »

« Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight. »

« Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral. »

« The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused. »

« the kettle is not working. the air conditioning is not cool or too cool »

« Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money. »

« We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors. The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well. »
