'The place didn’t have a setup account for expedia payments and couldn’t stay at the place which was empty at a very shady location. Such inconvenient to arrive and leave at night time to find another place to stay. '

'Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good.'

'This might be the best in San Pedro La Laguna, but it didn’t blow my socks off. It was convenient, air conditioning worked, and staff were fine. My room had a putrid smell though the hotel did try to remedy it (with mild success). It was nasty. I wish there were more options. I might stay again but hoping for something better.'

'Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.'

'Everything was great, except we couldn’t find any one at the front desk. No television. Breakfast was very good and the excellent services. Closed to everything'

'Very nice hotel and close to everything!'

'Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago'

'It was fine . But a bit disappointed about the trash places in the hided corner of the hotel . The place was still beautiful.'

'It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.'

'We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and had an amazing time. The property is even better than shown in the pictures. The grounds keeper was incredibly helpful with our questions, this made the trip a lot easier. The pool and pool table area were great'
