'pros: great convenient location quiet, decent sound proofing heating worked fine reliable wifi comfortable overall cons: given contact phone no. doesn't work, their online info needs updating. missing basics - no bath mat, no hair dryer, no tv, no kitchen cleaning supplies (sponge, bin bags etc.) rendering the kitchen useless except for microwave & fridge. inconvenient keys pick up & drop off from a locker 5mins away clean enough overall but dishes were a bit dirty '

'Secure and handy studio flat with parking. An excellent option for us. Kitchen was well stocked for utensils etc. Small point was no cafetiere - but instant coffee and tea bags etc were supplied.'

'Bed was very uncomfortable and they gave us a key that didn’t work to the front door of the building. Was woken up early morning by the cleaner so had to check out earlier than implied. Won’t be coming back '

'The property itself was ok but it is joined to a building site and all you hear is stihl saws loud music and shouting and swearing from the builders. The 9 pm noise curfew is a joke, bangra until the early hours. Stay Angels were no help at the point of complaint, nothing we can do was their mantra.'
