« We had a lovely stay, close to the castle for walking, lovely food and friendly staff. Sadly due to the age of the building we could here guests in other rooms, due to the squeaking floor boards in our room and other guests room, there was a point during the night we felt like guests where in our room when walking around upstairs. Other than this which obviously cannot be helped overall a lovely hotel. »

« Nice authentic hotel with an old part with a lot of charm, new part less…lots of rooms, Clean room, parking can be busy with outsider coming, nice bar Restaurant Brasserie was under our expectation, 3 times the ribeye needed to be cook properly! Afternoon tea served, nothing fancy, just classic Breakfast is good, not many choices but the food is good »

« A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful. »

« Super hôtel, très grand, ressemble à un petit château. Le seul défaut est qu'il faille payer pour avoir Internet, or on est quand même dans un grand hôtel. Super chambre, restau et bar plus un très joli cadre autour de l'hotel »

« An earlier breakfast start would be better for people who have to leave early say 6 30 am. Rooms clean and staff helpful and polite. Breakfast options very good. »

« J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique: le plus près de la maison de ma famille, le but de mon voyage. Tout le personnel de cet hôtel est génial: gentil, serviable, poli. La chambre: rien à dire. 10 sur 10. Un petit bémol: le bain se remplit vite, la douche n'a pas assez de pression. Quand on doit partir avant l'heure du petit- déjeuner, vous n'en aurez pas. Heureusement il y a un plateau bouilloire électrique dans la chambre! »

« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »
