'Georgina is a warm and friendly person, who knows how to manage the place. We had a spacious room and it's right across the Beau Vallon Beach where you can go snorkelling! Great location! Also nearby the Market and a few bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good, though it was the same thing every day. We had 1 time that they took our towels to wash, but did not gave us new towels. A bit frustrating when you come out of the shower to find that out.. When we informed a staff member, she replied...

'Quel accueil formidable ! Danielle est aux petits soins pour ses invités : fruits frais à l arrivée , et même pour un départ très tôt (5h) , chocolat chaud et fruits frais pour ma petite fille , et take Away pour nous deux .
Le bungalow est très grand et bien climatisé . Bien situé par rapport à Beauvallon'

'Pas de plage du tout. On doit retourner sur la route pour accéder à la plage publique. Personnel de la réception incompétent.
Arrivé un jour en retard suite à l'annulation d'un vol. Aucune réduction : chambre, repas non pris facturés. Même après l'intervention du service consommateurs de hotels.com.'

'Hotel is very Nice, the beach is Amazing, pool and pool restaurant & bar are great and good food
Room is very nice but unfortunately service wasn't as expected, we paid 630 euros per night so they can tell us you got only one bottle of water per day, the room you can't open the balcony doors because of the amount of mosquitoes and insects, coffee machine wasn't working and no capsules, poor buffet, too expensive for a 4stars hotel'
