'Everything was great except, the breakfast buffet was terrible all 8 days. I reported it daily and the manager didn't contact me until after breakfast on the eighth day. Burger King across the street wa nice. And we booked the airport shuttle to go to the airport, they gave it away and if we hadn't inquired about it that morning we would have missed our flight. They didn't notify us.'

'It’s close to many places to eat and couple of blocks from the monument de Santiago which is nice. Only downside is the noise level, hard to sleep'

'My stay was awesome. The rooms are very up to date. Staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant upstairs on the 5th floor is very beautiful with a roof top that has outside seating for a very beautiful scenery.. food is also very tasty. 10 out of 10'

'They need to provide a better way of getting to the rooms with low numbers. They can place a motorised wheelchair upstairs so the guests can get to the farther away rooms.'
