'Superbe hotel sur la plage. Grandes piscines. Propreté impeccable. Lit confortable. Chambre spacieuse. Excellent restaurant en plein air. Que du bonheur. Un excellent choix sur cette côte.'

'Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment.'

'Nobody speaks English in the hotel. The music was too noisy every evening.'

'This is our fourth time staying at Maya Jade, we love it. It’s private and quiet. The pools are great. We will stay here again. We live in Alaska and we will fly to Guatemala just to stay here.'

'Very quiet and nice place in the rain forest, restourant on the spot and great nature environment; plenty parking.'

'Hotel with no security at nights, no night lights around the hotel, broken door lock , pool not well maintained hotel dificult to locate at first time, pool seats rusted, overall not satisfied for the price I pay.'

'Muy buena ubicación y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, la piscina es fenomenal.'

Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to...

No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios...
