'The property was right on the beach, which was fabulous. Unfortunately I booked an Ocean view room with air-conditioning, and there’s no such thing. I had to choose between an ocean view or air-conditioning. The staff was incredible. They moved my bags from one room to the next. It was just sad because the ocean view room was gorgeous with a canopy and its own private balcony. But I slept like a baby with the air-conditioning. Because it is extremely hot there.'

'Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. 'No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios...
