'The place was nice overall, but there is room for improvement. The beach was beautiful, and the food was really good. My daughter especially loved the show performed by WOW Entertainment. The pools could have been cleaner, and I noticed green buildup in the jacuzzi, so I chose not to use it. The alcoholic drinks were okay, but the glasses they were served in could have been better. We enjoyed parts of our stay, though I hope the pool and jacuzzi cleanliness improves.'

'It’s a friendly environment, the pool was clean, the staff very humble and honest, love the late check out, very secure.. the only thing I would change it’s the bathroom/shower curtain, it an old hard plastic and not friendly to take a nice shower.. overall was fantastic!'

'This is a hard place to rate. We liked it, but many won't. Lobby is open air, and dogs are sleeping there peacefully. The walk to your room is not through shining marble halls, but through a rain forest. No matter how often your room is cleaned, there will always be sand.
