« The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light. »

« The surroundings and the lake are breathtaking. Rooms are nice. Clean. The staff are generally very courteous but could benefit from some training. Breakfast buffet with made to order egg options was excellent but the lunch/dinner menu is bloated and over ambitious with many of the items not even available. My suggestion would be to keep it simple with traditional Ethiopian food choices and very few general easy to make non-Ethiopian dishes for variety. »

Restaurant important intégré dans l'établissement avec un choix de menu et plat très variés éthiopien et internationaux. piscine intégrée dans l'hôtel . jardin intérieur avec ombrage. wifi permanent gratuit et rapide. présence d'un groupe électrogène qui démarre immédiatement à chaque coupure de courant . sécurité...

« As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10 »

« Très bon restaurant, chambres sympa sauf devant le bar, beaucoup d'escalier pour handicapés, un peu loin d'Addis mais bien pour 2 jours en fin de séjour pour repos, piscine mais seulement le weekend de fois demander. Personnel accueillent. »
