« Very clean, with kind, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere. The music played outdoor breaks this feeling a bit. Beach is next door, with security staff always watching over, and while downtown is rather far the tricycle comes fast enough after a call from the lobby. »

« Un beau jardin bien entretenu dans un cadre mi vieillot,mi moderne,ne laissant pas place à une quelconque hésitation quant au choix de la chambre ( dans la partie moderne bien sûr) . Les points à améliorer : - la propreté de manière générale dans les parties communes : vestiaires piscines , poubelles, salle du restaurant. - le service qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que veut être l'établissement : un certain laxisme et manque d'attention envers la clientèle. - absence totale de connections...

« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »

« Good resort to stay swimming pool with two combine pool for kids and adult it has sort of infinity effect but never trun on for most of our stay walking distance to the beach staff was friendly and helpful but terrible road going there, as in cracks narrow road with steep climb it is not accomodating if you have a sedan or smaller vehicle, if they can fix the road leading to the resort this will be a great place to go to. »

« Clean room and amenities, friendly staff, land tour was a great experience, the tourist guide is very friendly and helpful. Ocean view is amazing. My family enjoyed the pool and some resort activities like billiards and videoke. I wish there will be more choices of foods. Thank you Casa Almarenzo. See you again next time. »

« Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise...
