'My stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer. The only thing missing? A bit more counter space. 'Well-priced rooms with all the amenities that a weary traveler could ask for. Breakfast was varied and delicious, the grounds are lovely and it is a very safe environment. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when we had a later arrval than anticipated! Would definitely stay there again!'

'This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!'

'Verblijf was pima, goed geslapen en goed gegeten. Het is een redelijk Westers hotel in een Afrikaanse stad en buurt.De bediening (het personeel) overdrijft wat met het aanbieden van hun diensten , en laten je aa tafel ietste wenig met rust. Maar voor de rest : zijn prijs helemaal waard.'

'Er was een probleem met de betaling, het hotel was vooruit betaald bij hotels.com, maar men diende toch nog ter plekke ook nog eens te betalen omdat het hotel verkocht was en zij een andere bankrekening hadden. De staff was zeer onwillig en onvriendelijk hierover'

'Amazing hotel, amazing services. Beautiful pool. Animals come by the hotel. We saw Buffalos, elephants and many more. Night drive with sunset was a success. Juat loved it!!!!'
