'Can’t ask for much more than a comfy porch and hot tub at the end of a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and the kitchen - all cupboards were labeled. We were two senior couples - 70 to 80. If anyone has mobility issues they need to sleep in the main floor bedroom and use that bathroom. 'We had the most amazing stay at Breakwater! We enjoyed breathtaking views, watching the sun rise over the bay every morning, and relaxing in the hot tub by night! This home was stocked with every conceivable necessity, making our stay stress-free. Karen was the perfect host, responding quickly to our inquiries and even supplying little welcome gifts and day trip recommendations! 'Very comfortable and large house. Loved the family room with a large screen TV, a large couch, and great views of the water! Air conditioning was outstanding in every room in case you are there on a warm day. Easy drive into St John's (12 to 15 minutes) and to grocery stores. Note there is an apartment in the basement. Didn't bother us at all. Overall, a Great house!'

'This is a lovely property and was very accessible to shopping, dining and golfing, which was an important part of our vacation.. The bed was so comfortable and had a number of plusses for us including a proper dining table for eating as well as using our laptop. Definitely recommend Abby's place. '
