'This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. '

'There was a lot of noise. The outside rooms from outside. Next to the hotel is a busstation. But also inside. I think a lot of people stay only 1 night leave early. It is allowed to smoke, you can smell that. No breakfast. No aircondtitioning. At the reception there is only 1 person who speaks English...the hotel is next to a big railwaystation..i believe there should be more people who can speak English'
