'Ons verblijf was perfect! '

'The best'

'A very nice, well-cared for room, in a great location. Such a beautiful region! The hike up to Vezio is well-worth the effort. Oh, and the bar below the hotel is a cheerful spot with good food.'

'Beautiful hotel with in a beautiful environment '

'Lovely place, amazing service, and super friendly staff (all !!) '

'One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Staff were super friendly and the room was spectacular. What a view!'

'My initial lower review was based on initial impression of the room and room only. The staff could not have been any better or more attentive. Some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Especially from Alice, Isabella, and Leonardo. I responded to email from Expedia about first impressions. The management staff at Casa du Lac reached out to me for feedback. I met with Guest Experience Manager Alice to explain. She was extremely receptive to my issues with the room and...

'The hotel is new and stylish in the way that Italians are known for to do so effortlessly. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a free minibar and comfort in excess. The location is more remote, giving a private and prestigious vibe to an already prestigious location such as Lake Como. The pool is tidy with staff on site to serve you drinks. This is also where breakfast is served a la carte, giving you a phenomenal view while indulging yourself. Highly recommended overall and if you...

'Great staff members who went above and beyond for us. Restaurant food was also good. However. There were a lot of mosquitoes and this disrupted our sleep so much. When we woke up, there was traces of bites on our bodies and it was an unsavory experience. Overall, it was okay but that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was very bland with limited options.'

'The apartment was clean, the host permitted early check in and the apartment is strategically located . I enjoyed my stay here'
