'We come from the UK to visit family in Bac Lieu and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come to see our Bac Lieu family.'

After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had...
