'A diamond in the rough, We got a free upgrade which was nice but the room had an outdated bathroom with the toilet beneath the boilersystem in the technicalroom with the fusebox of the whole building. Besides that it was a good experience'

'Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.'

'Gorgeous! What a charming property. We loved every minute of our stay! The donkeys were the best!'

'Thank you Xavier that we could stay in your beautiful house. We had a wonderful stay! We loved the place, the characteristic charming house and the huge amazing garden, where the kids have played with great pleasure (including several games available) and was lovely to sit and relax. Also the warm swimming pool was a big pleasure. The house is well equipped, everything we needed was available, we felt at home. In the surroundings, we visited several interesting places just within 15-30 minutes...

'Beautiful property in a very quiet rural location. The house was equipped with everything you could want and there was a great BBQ and pool. Good location to explore lots of interesting places including St Malo, Mont St Michel and all the Normandy landing beaches. Good supermarkets near by and other amenities. Check in was smooth, although we were delayed by traffic and our host was lovely. Thank you very much! '

'☆☆☆☆☆ Ons verblijf was prachtig.

'Ok hotel i stille by.
