'Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch hervorragend.'

'Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

'The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, so arriving at night with our luggage was easy and stress-free. It was also within walking distance of the town center, making it a great base for exploring Zakopane. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others. Joanna'
