« I like it but there is room for improvement on the little things. For a personal stay and non business it would be a little better. I have stayed twice for business. It’s clean but due to the openness it’s hard to control the temp in the room. My first stay the wifi didn’t work and cell reception is minimal so using phone as a hot spot was less than ideal. « Our stay was excellent and our host Carisa was a Great person to work with. The house was beautiful. The house worked out great for us. We had 6 people staying and we all had very comfortable beds and our own bathrooms. Great for a large family. »

« Very clean, well organized and thoughtful items of use.The only reasons the rating was 4/5: 1) bathroom size VERY small, and water from shower leaked onto floor outside of bathroom; 2) space to unpack, next to none when 2 adults are staying; 3) bed is not a "full size"; 4) communication was great once booked -- but, I felt once the host knew it was two adults, advising the guests of true limits of unpacking/size of bed/in-door shower challenges should have been communicated to let the guests...

There was also a bug in the refrigerator and on the floor by the refrigerator and then another bug by the garbage can and there was dog food from previous people that wasn’t picked up also thought it was ridiculous at 830 in the morning there was a mowing crew outside that was woken up to on my vacation and I took pictures of it »

« Kayla is an excellent host! Her home is stocked with everything you could need! Dog friendly, she has a crate. Have a baby, she has a highchair, playpen and other baby amenities. Need to do laundry, she has a full laundry room with soap etc. kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need. Towels and sheets all there, no need to bring shampoo or conditioner she supplies that also. The home is comfy, cozy, clean and spacious! Excellent WiFi and smart tv! »
