'I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life'

'Great location near airport, excellent service, especially by Pedro at reception who helped us when arrived early in the morning. Comfortable room with everything we needed for a short stay!'

'Schone kamer, prima bed en ontbijt. Eten was sowieso erg goed. Prima lokatie dichtbij blue lagoon'

'Lovely place. Mostly for people needing to be close to the airport. '

'Hotelroom was clean. The family room was spacey. Breakfast was ok. Considering that breakfast starts at 4 am, the eggs were not that good anymore at 7 am. There was fresh bread and fresh fruits (eg kiwi and oranges). The worst thing was the bed spring (metal). If my partner turned, I also noted that. Hotel is 3 minute walk from or to departure.'

'The cottage was very nice and roomy with a view of the Harbour. However, the bedroom is really small and barely any room around the bed so the person at the back would have to crawl over the other person to get out. But loved all the space after smaller hotel rooms in Iceland. Check in was super simple. Note there is not a lot around this area due to the past volcano action. It is close to the Blue Lagoon though, and that is why I picked it. We enjoyed Papa's for pizza but then were sort of out...

'This is the stay of a lifetime (especially since it is connected to the neighboring Blue Lagoon)—and it reflects a corresponding price tag. Sticker shock aside, they have thought of every manner to pamper guests and make them feel at home (and willing to part with more cash in purchasing their various products). The staff are very well trained in the art of hospitality and will go out of their way to be of assistance. This may not be an every few year stay but it is certainly is worth a checking...

'It's close to the airport. Everything is clean, but the bed was extremely soft and gave me a difficult time to sleep comfortably. The bathroom is located far from the bedroom and the toilet is so tight and the sink is squeezed in front of it! When I took a shower the water remained on the ground. They offer couple things in the kitchen as snacks or possible breakfast. They should have an opening that connects the parking lot with an entrance to the property to make it easier to carry your...

'ok hotel,de transfer optie was erg fijn.ontbijt viel tegen.prima hotel voor 1 nachtje'

'Not bad for a one night stay but overpriced for room wit shared bathroom. Very clean! '

'Check in was swift and easy, easy going manager. Lot of respect for them as a couple because they run the property totally on their own. Making long hours and driving guests very early in the morning (starting +- 4 Am) , at no extra cost, to the airport (10 minut drive). Kitchen is well equipped, it's some of the guests (like everywhere else) that ar not cleaning up after using. Good, clean bathrooms. Free coffee, tea, juices Would definitely stay again in support of a small business with the...

Compl'

'We like the kindness and the space.'
