« I would have preferred to know that someone lives on the property while booking and not the day before arrival. This kind of information should be disclosed with more advance notice. I found it quite off-putting to get a message stating that someone lives in an apartment in the backyard but was already in route. He has nothing to do with the home and acknowledged such. « I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area. »

« Great house in a very safe neighborhood! The owners were readily available to help, fully stocked kitchen, outside grill was a great perk! Enjoyed a great dinner at home with local meats (which is a must!). Definitely would stay again. Beds were comfortable. Very clean house. TVs in every room. Highly recommend. »

« I rented out the house for the Thanksgiving holiday, it was enough room for me and my family. The host of the home was very welcoming and even checked in daily to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything during our stay. The best of the house for me was the fire pit in the backyard. It is great for just sitting out and bonding with family. Overall this was a very nice house, pictures doesn't do it any justice. Also the home is located in a nice neighborhood as well. »

« We absolutely loved this home, only issue we had was we were so busy we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted. We will definitely be back. The host of this property goes above and beyond with even leaving us goodies to eat and some Lemonade - Orange water. »
