Kies je hotel in Caddo Parish

'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. If you’re traveling solo, make sure to ask for a room that’s not adjoining. I did not feel safe knowing the person in the room next to...

'I had reserved 2 nights on 10/10 - 10/12. My sheets were dirty with stains. I don't think they even changed the sheets. Also, I could not get connected to wifi in my room on my laptop. I ended up only staying 1 night and drove back at 6AM on 10/11. First time ever staying there and won't come back.'

'If you’re wanting to get away for the weekend and need a peaceful place to relax this is the place for you. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back.'

'this stay has been absolutely unacceptable. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it shuts off. On top of that, doors keep slamming and people are yelling and cussing in the hallway. I paid for a comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. I’m here for work, and I have only about six hours to rest. Instead, I’m considering sleeping in my truck because I can’t get any peace in the room I paid for. That is ridiculous. This is my first stay with you,...

'Check in staff, dining-room and bar staff excellent, friendly and very helpful all with a smile'

'Dirty towels, one single shampoo packet, roach in the bathroom greeted me upon entry and possible blood splatter.. creepy ppl around and the scariest run down abandoned hotel right next door.. no breakfast, they gave us a regular looking house key and said make sure you give it back bc there is only one but then there is noone to give it to when you leave? Beds were not comfy and pillows were flat. Basically, the only good thing was the price and it was decently quiet.'

'We loved how the rooms were all different and had art related themes.'

'Waited a while at front desk as no one was there to check us in. Once there, they were very friendly and helpful. I heard another guest complain that their door wouldn't close and lock. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock. They did give both of us different rooms. The shower in new room was dirty. The carpet wasn't clean. No hair dryer. Not too bad, just not good.'

'Very friendly staff and well- maintained and clean property and rooms'

'Everything at hotel is perfect for us.'

'Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room, both hot and cold options for breakfast. If you’re traveling solo or just looking for a comfortable stay without needing much room. This is your spot. Do recommend , would stay here again.'

'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. The room...

'Downtown area was great! Staff was helpful.'
