'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'Parking was good, the service desk staff was very cordial and helpful, the facility was clean. The only reason why I gave the property condition and facilities a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was because of the upgrade work being done on the construction of the existing building. This should be no fault of the hotel reputation - they are upgrading which is good'
