'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.'

'The room was nice and the staff were nice. However, multiple families from our softball team stayed at this hotel. We all had a minimum of 4 people staying in each room. Every room only had 1 or 2 towels. The front desk said they were out when we tried to get more. They didn’t even have hand towels they could give us. We were in a room that slept 6, but had 1 towel. That is extremely unacceptable. Towels are a basic necessity, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t have had enough…especially after...

'My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...

'i didn't like anything about the property the moment I got there I was very disappointed the shower had mold in it the bed at mice/ rat droppings I had to go to the store and get stuff to clean the shower before taking one I was so disappointed I checked out the day before and went to another hotel went to talk to the manager about the situation he was VERY! ugly and said he hears this all the time and was told that I would contact carpet he said go ahead I wood never recommend this hotel to...

'They said they had breakfast! They had coffee & honey buns. I went bc of pool it’s horrible not open bc it’s filthy. Rooms clean around hotel very clean. Staff amazing & house keepers. Rates go up every day. It’s most def. Not worth 100$. Srry!'
