« Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room...

« Hotel très bien sur beaucoup de points. Mais l'insonorisation extérieure demande à être revue. Personnel très serviable. Literie très bien et salle d'eau très bien. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. »

« Hôtel à l américaine, sans âme. Positif: le restaurant est vraiment excellent, mérite 5 étoiles et le service est impeccable ! Chambre et sdb assez petites, difficile d’ouvrir sa valise sans devoir la poser sur le lit, peu de rangement, hôtel pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Alentours pas super. »

« Le site web de Radisson annonce une navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel gratuite et disponible 24/24. Ce qui est faux. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l’hôtel (après une attente de plusieurs minutes et constatant qu’aucune navette de passait). Une fois rendu à l’hotel, nous nous sommes informés sur la navette annoncée (car nous avions pris cet hôtel spécifiquement pour le service de navette) et la réponse fut qu’au Navette n’existait et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi qu’il pouvait...

« Hotel still under construction, food needs to be improved upset stomach every time I ate. Need to use separate knives when cutting fruit - all cut fruit tastes like onions. No uber which was a massive issue for this reason alone wouldn’t stay her again. Hotel offering local ride extortionate prices. Parmjit in restaurant was absolutely fantastic. »

« Had some issues during my stay but front desk was able to resolve them fairly quickly. Staff are professional and punctual in solving issues. Special thanks to front desk manager Rohit for his assistance. »

« I stayed at the Radisson and it was nice, but problem with english.Food " very Indian " Food not bad they could do much better. I went for dental surgery, but was too scared to go outside of the hotel. The Radisson is in a very Bad location. Outside the hotel, too dirty, much begging and too much noise. Reception staff were wonderful. »

« Nice room and a comfortable bed. The gym was well equipped and the outdoor swimming pool was clean. There is also a small steam room which helped after the workout. The staff were helpful. The breakfast offering and the menu for the other meals was comprehensive and the food was fresh and delicious. »
