'Dropped our luggage off at 10am, had passports copied and we thought check in was complete ahead of coming back at official 3pm check in time. When we arrived again at 4pm we were directed to self check in machines in a huge queue and told we needed to check in again. At the machine, scanned passport but it couldnt find my booking, tried entering my details, still couldnt find the booking so was redirected to the counter. Eventually after a 10 min wait i was manually checked in. It would be...

'It's nice that the hotel is beside the railway station. The hygiene is not well in the room. The dust caust us snoring and bad sleeping. Up front I had asked the hotel to dust the room well. Unfortunately this hotel didn't respond to that. '

'We booked a standard room, it was small but very functional! In the breakfast box we missed fruits. The sandwiches with egg and salad were nice. The last day we did not eat anything, too much meat. In our opinion the box causes a lot of waste. A vegetarian option would be a good idea!'

'Propere kamer, luchtbevochtiger, smart-tv, publiek bad, goed gevarieerd ontbijt, Vriendelijk personeel. '

'Goed'

'Our plans have changed and we needed to cancel the last two nights. The hotel gave us a full refund with less than 24 hour notice. Very helpful!'

'Prima hotel, prima kamers, fijn personeel !'
