'Bey House is a small boutique hotel with four rooms only. Rooms combine lavish historical decor with all modern amenities. Restaurant offers excellent meals in richly decorated dining room. All combined with impeccable service. Special thanks to Anna for professionalism and being a great ambassador to Veliko Tarnovo. If not staying in Bey House, dinner in their restaurant is highly recommended.'

'Hotel has real potential but food was mediocre and many staff were disinterested. Our room wasn’t serviced; when we told reception when we got back late afternoon, he said that there was nothing he could do about it. Views are amazing and shower was excellent.'

'Oh man, this place is REALLY outdated. I understand keeping things original for that old-world charm but this took it too far. The floors were very uneven with boards sticking up. The beds were very creaky with very thin mattresses. The bathroom sink was laughably small and the bathroom was a small square with the shower being in the middle of the bathroom so it gets everything else in the bathroom wet. I would not recommend. '
