"Mooi hotel, vlakbij centrum en toch rustig. Jammer wel dat er pal Achter het hotel gebouwd wordt, wat af en toe tot geluid overlast leidt. Jammer dat de kamers die aan de bouwzijde zitten (vlak erachter) aan gasten worden gegeven. Wij hadden deze kamer. Dag erna verhuisd en compensatie gekregen. Dus wel netjes opgelost door vriendelijk personeel. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time. The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided."

"Great spacious rooms and good facilities. One thing, there is a racetrack right next to the hotel where they race multiple times a day so the noise was really bothering. In two of our rooms there was a bad smell in the shower. "

"Prachtig hotel, de kamers zijn wel niet geluiddicht."

"Wij hebben bij Ponte Villas een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst had Jarno last van Bali Belly, maar het personeel heeft hem geweldig geholpen. Ze zorgden voor gemberthee en verse kokosnoot, en het eten werd speciaal voor hem aangepast. Echt fantastische service! Onze vriend Wawan speelde hierin een grote rol en verdient absoluut een extra vermelding, maar uiteraard ook het andere personeel. De kamers en het hotel zijn prachtig, alles is netjes en schoon. Jayak doet hier heel hard zijn best voor, deze lieve jongen heeft ons ook goed geholpen de eerste dagen. Kortom: een absolute aanrader! Als we weer naar deze regio reizen, komen we hier zéker terug."
