« The check-in process was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Before our arrival, I received an email and text message with a code to retrieve our room keys from a lockbox. Unfortunately, the information I was sent was not intended for us. We unknowingly entered a room that appeared to already be occupied, which was both embarrassing and concerning. When I returned to the front desk to explain what had happened, the gentleman working there was rude and made me feel as though the mistake...

« EXPEDIA miss represented these cabins… Look at the company, upper canyon lodging website ahead of time. When booking through Expedia you don’t really know which cabin you’re going to get assigned to. Aside from that. These cabins definitely aren’t worth the money you’re going to pay for. You’ll get one towel, it’s pretty dirty. On the bright side, it’s in a great area, it has great amenities… I guess it’s cozy… it was great to take all my crap out of my truck from my long road trip and clean up...
