'The room was very clean and fresh. Very nice decoration. The pool however was really noisy and everyone could get in with shoes. Not very respecting hygiene.
The location of the hotel is perfect to get a train (T4) or bus 333 to the city center or Bondi Beach (15 minutes). Only negative surprise was the 36 AUD per day for the parking which wasn't explained while booking.'

'Beautiful Hotel at the beach, overlooking Sydney Harbour and close to the ferry to the city.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Room was situated on 2 floors so with privacy for both ourself and our kids.
Breakfast was very good, and in a beautiful setting.
We would absolutely go again whenever in Sydney.'

'Loved our stay here! Just a short walk to the Entertainment Quarter and full day's use of the pool upon our early arrival. Poolside ambience was on point, with great menu and DJ. Room was perfect. Would definitely return.'

'There was some spray/pesticide that gave me a severe allergic reaction. Moved out the next morning. Had booked and payed for 6 nights. Urban Rest agreed to refund me 5 nights but did not! Charged me more than $100 extra for that one night. Why I do not know'

'Excellent property. Very clean and beautifully presented. Great location just 5mins walk from pub, restaurants, cafes, shops at the 5-Ways intersection. Beautiful surrounding streets. Property is exactly as per description and photos on Stayz website. Nikki was a fantastic host too, very quick to respond to any queries and all instructions were very straightforward. Would 100% stay at this property again. Highly recommended.'
