There is a wonderful mix of old well-maintained homes and flashy new modern ones, all with beautiful gardens. All day long, neighbors are out walking their dogs. This apartment is in the middle of a beautiful block. Two minutes in one direction and you are at the neighborhood corner with coffee, pizza, a grocery, a high-end produce market, and a pharmacy.
