« For a start, there were absolutely no amenities. They state a sleep well pack with spray mists and oils provided….you don’t even get shampoo conditioner, soap. Kitchen sorely inadequate. No rubbish bags, tea, coffee, dish cloths. Oven doesn’t work. No coffee maker as advised. Ants invaded daily. The kitchen is a piecemeal of items others have left.Air conditioner/heater split system doesn’t work. Lamps are all plastic and fall apart when you turn them on.TV is very basic and the whole place...

« Gave a 3 overall as were not told apartment was on 4th floor. Stairs only. Description of key location was poor especially at night. No aircon!! Some flyscreens were broken. »
