'It’s clean and great location. Nice bed.'

'Second stay of the past month. No real complaints, basic motel style room. Clean, all things worked as expected. Looks out dated outside, but rooms have seemed to be well kept.'

'The hotel was an older building but the room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was unusual but worked out and the manager was friendly and accommodating. The motel was quiet which is what I needed. I enjoyed my stay.'

'We went to ATV JAMBOREE and this hotel was perfect for myself & Brother.'

'Paint peeling off the walls, accommodations changed without notice (switched from king to queen bedroom), adjacent room had dogs when property listed no pets, A/C unit ran 24/7 without getting the room to temp (filter indicator showed it needed cleaning), towel rod feel off (masonry anchors were used instead of sheet rock), etc. etc. The only positive was the comfortable mattress'

'The 2 bedroom house was cutely decorated and was 2 blocks to Kanosh Town Park where we were attending a family reunion. Kitchen and living room was a nice open floor plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed with a bunk that has a single on top and a queen on bottom. There were plenty of towels in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and some spices. We stayed 2 nights, slept and showered there, but didn't really cook...Just used microwave and...

'The house was beautiful and located on a nice quiet street. It was super clean and furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and there were laundry machines available. It was just a really nice place to come back to after a day of exploring the area. Tresa was great to work with. Highly recommended.'

'We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, crock-pot, pots and pans, etc, People also left spices, peanut butter, cooking oils, and extra items. It was very easy to make yourself feel at home!'

'Only thing we would suggest is getting better lighting. Several light bulbs were burned out and the ones that worked were very dim. They make some low wattage light bulbs that put out the light of a 100 watt bulb. We would highly suggest the switch. Also more towels for longer stays would be great! Overall, it was a great stay!'

'It was just what was advertised. The only comment I would make was that the bathroom was a bit stinky. I think there is an issue with the p-trap in the tub and some smell was coming up from there. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.'

'Everyone enjoyed the house. Thank you for renting it to us for our trip to Little Sahara Utah.'

'We had such a great time. The views were great, the camper thingy was so fun and cute. The firepit was big and amazing and we could cook on it. Everything was nice. The bathrooms were close.'

'A/C, cools nothing. Privacy, none, no window coverings. No running water or sink, no refrigeration or storage, fire pit burried in a sand dune, no shade, 100 yards uphill in sugar sand to restroom facilities. This is a $29 per night unit, at best.'

'Very clean and quiet place to stay Hosts very proactive about communication'
