'The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble...

'Pros: Location is very central in Boston. 10 minute away from major transit station. Host is very communicative and fast with responses. Large room and comfortable bed. Basics were provided such as shampoo conditioner body wash and paper towel and toilet paper. Maintenance people were very friendly and kind. Cons: Breaker would trip occasionally and you weren't able to run both ACs at the same time. Toilet needed to long press to flush properly. Check in information wasn't completely accurate...

'We arrived at the check in time and the unit was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet, beds not done, food in the kitchen and towels on the floor. The host only had excuses and offered 50 credit. We had to get ready for an event in a disgusting bathroom. When we returned later the unit had been cleaned but because of the late hour on a Sunday, the cleaners did not put much effort into cleaning the unit. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed. The supplies had not been replenished. ...
