'They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.'

'Good and friendly service but there was no pool while it was advertised that there was a pool, the beds were pretty bad, no AC, no tv (in some rooms), the door of the balcony was half broken. Overal it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. '

'This property offers a stunning panorama. Situated on a cliff, it provides uninterrupted sights of the mountains and the Gorge. The property is well looked after despite the mountainous terrain and the weather conditions. The support services are excellent, with staff members promptly answering calls and addressing any concerns or needs right away. Maryam & Siranush were incredibly helpful during our stay. We will certainly choose to stay here again.'

'The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back....

'We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and...
