'Room was clean, amazing views. Hot tub was not working for some reason. Franklin took us on a great ride in a buggy down to the lake. He was super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of the area and its history. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !!'

'Hotel Estera Y Mar is 25 min from airport. Christian did transfter from and to airport. Room that we got upgraded was nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull all around the resort. Specially guys on bar/restaurant by the beach. Thank you Carlos. We loved the food, all we had was really delicious. Our favorite drink was Mojito Cubano. We had such a good time. Nothing to complain. Thank you.'

'Great location, staff is super friendly and the transportation to and from the airport is very convenient. The rooms are quiet, beds comfy and the food options at breakfast are very accommodating to all appetites. '

'This is not a fancy Hotel, it’s more like an old beach front hotel back in the states, but the staff is amazing.i was there in April 2025 and I got so sick with travelers diarrhea and the Hotel manager was so nice and took me to a local hospital. He was genuinely worried about me.thank you staff and hospital staff for giving the best care. Will and plan to go back soon.'

'Terrible. Mi cuarto se inmundo por una filtración y mi ropa se mojo. La comida descompuesta si bien es cierto me la cambiaron y no la cobraron. Fatal toda la experiencia en este hotel. Perdi la otra noche reservada por que no tenia ropa. '

'For the price it was ok, but the trash around the beach was not appealing. The staff was nice and accommodating, they worked around an issue with my mother which I appreciated. The restaurant was a little slow and the communication was not as clear as it could have been. '
