'Bij aankomst hielp niemand ons bij de bagage, toen we beneden kwamen werd er niet naar ons gekeken. De weg erheen is los zand en wij geraakten bijna vast met de auto! Onze kamer was wel super, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Wifi werkte totaal niet in kamer enkel in restaurant. We brachten kerst hierdoor, het eten was zeer lekker, maar het management verpestte heel wat. Gelukkig was er ook een vriendelijke dienster. De baas/bazin deden helemaal niks, ze voelden hen iets te goed voor de gewone...

'We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap.'

'What made our stay was Mercia - she was charming, calm & warm. Although the new owner is upgrading we had issues with our coffee making facilities in our room which we understand is in hand. Glorious breakfast,and couple of hours by the pool. We will for sure go back! 💯 '

'Een prachtige plek in the middle of now where! Helaas hadden wij slecht weer maar kwamen de zebras al snel kijken toen wij arriveerden. Het was nat en koud, maar gelukkig hadden we een kachel tot onze beschikking. En konden we s’avond heerlijk eten in de lodge. Ook het ontbijt was prima! Alleen bij aankomst nog even van het uitzicht kunnen genieten. '

'The booking was fraudulent. The apartment was not avaliable and apparently I was not the only traveler to be scammed, according to the owner. I had to pay exorbitant amounts of money to find alternatve accommodation at such short notice. I shall escalate this case further with the necessary authorities'

'Still don't know how Expedia managed to call what we rented "3 ROOMS" when they were clearly three FLATS. There was room for 15 for the 5 of us (we oriiginally reserved 7 but 2 of our guests bailed. thought that was a waste of our money. '
