« Wonderful place for rest and beauty. Near a wild life refuge and located between water and prairie. Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly and even hauled the kayaks for our personal use. We will be back. Bunkhouse is a studio. But adequate for two people. It is set up very comfortably and quaintly. And the views are wonderful. Easy drive into town where there are restaurants and grocery stores. »

« Despite having a flat tire on our way to our stay, we really enjoyed our stay. More comfortable and nicer than a hotel room, plus super cute! Bonus were the sweet cats and kittens that greeted us and really wanted to come inside. The host was great with communication and even offered and tried to help us with our tire, but we were able to get it changed before they got there. Highly recommend, if you’re traveling through anywhere nearby - it’s worth a detour. »

« Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. »
