And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

« Endroit idéal pour se reposer loin du vacarme des grandes villes. Villa avec piscine magnifique. Décoration raffinée. Il y a eu un problème avec le type de villa. Celui ci a été résolu rapidement. Le restaurant surplombant l’océan est magnifique. Le choix est varié, c’est bon et les tarifs sont corrects pour une cuisine de qualité. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Un coup de cœur pour ce 4ème séjour à Bali. »

« A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. As good as the food was (save for the cold soups), the options were very limited. This was unacceptable given we were the only guests and the menu was not extensive at...

« We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. »
