'The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building '

'Lots of construction across the street (May 2024). Noise level is very high. Property is clean and spacious. I could not figure out the air conditioning. So room was warm. Internet is weak. Equipped kitchen for cooking is a plus. Nice size shower with rain head. It is at a busy intersection. The management did not send a confirmation email so I had to call when I arrived to get entry information. No on-site reception. Luggage storage on-site is in the lobby and does not lock. 15 minute walk to...

'We stayed in a family unit with three beds in the property's basement and it was a very spacious unit. We really liked that the hotel is situated on a quiet street/alley just a minute's walk from limitless shopping, dining, transit options and we enjoyed walking to the old city down Jaffa street daily. The staff was courteous and the value for the price paid was incredible. We would consider the property during an extended stay in Jerusalem again - it felt like we had our own private...

We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online.
