However, we were on a staff retreat and it threw off our timing for day one of our annual retreat. Noteworthy that, disappointingly, the balcony was not usable during our stay as the host informed us during check in that it was under construction. Hopefully, access to it will be restored soon - suggest checking ahead of booking »

« Home was very clean, easy on-easy off to the highway. Coffee and food easily available. We were missing a couple of things for our baseball tournament but Walmart was close by. Plenty of space and accommodated everyone. »

First of all the listing is not upfront about the hot tub and pool fees! Listing states the home has a pool and hot tub, the home only has a pool and mini pool unless you pay a fee to heat the hot tub! I requested the hot tub be on, it was not on when we arrived.
