'The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.'

'We loved Sundance Beach House. The house was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant holiday. Sundance is located on a beautiful, white sand beach. You cannot beat the location. Check in and out was easy and Leslie, the property manager, was lovely and kept us aware of the power cuts that the island was experiencing. All in all we had a great vacation and would love to return. '

'It was simply amazing. A rustic, no-key turn key suite which was more than comfortable and clean. If you do not like dogs, this may not be the resort for you as the owners keep them. Beautiful beach. The only drawback was the toilet area which was too small for my husband so I would not suggest it for anyone over 200 lbs. Apart from that it was quite comfortable with a rustic feel surrounded by natural vegetation away from the road.'

'We had a great stay on Cat Island and at Cat's Cove! The kitchen is well stock with pots, pans, and appliances. The netting around the beds was great for the no-see-ums and we loved the open kitchen into the living area concept. The gas grill was also super easy to use. Overall a great stay!'

'The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure...
