'Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children.'

'This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. 'Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. We got our own cleaning supplies and unclogged the sinks and showers drain. No close by restaurants or food store. Order your own uber the taxi company the property offers...

'We arrived at the apartment and it was just as the picture's it had everything we needed..Vlad is an amazing host...he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need...he even arranged our transportation needs...Dorian was our driver he also went out if his way...took us grocery shopping...very happy indeed.
