« Fantastic gym and roof top pool area. This is a family hotel so yes kids are present. Used washer and dryer, super helpful and we paid for daily breakfast which was a awesome selection of Asian American. Lobby on 22nd floor a different layout but hey. Super modern clean hotel with the young techs. Lo wd the country side and quiet fun of this area to hang. How was simply amazing and room serviced daily. »

« a lovely 4 night stay in Novotel Ambassador in Suwon, Korea. Nice room, nice breakfast, fantastic support from welcome desk employees. Really impressive supportive attitude. Very calm inside although very interesting area around the hotel. I strongly recommend anyone staying in Suwon to stay there. »

« 5月上旬に初めて利用しました。 スタッフ方の対応、清掃の丁寧さ、設備、広さ、全て期待以上で大満足です！ 個人的には気にならなかったけれど、人によるかも…という点は、 ・バスタブなし。シャワーの横にトイレがあるので、トイレはびしょ濡れになります。 ・冷蔵庫の稼働音が大きい時がありました。でも、近くの部屋の音などはほとんど聞こえなかったです。 ・パジャマは無かったと思います。 ・九里駅から1キロくらい離れているうえ、近くに飲み屋が多そうでしたが、治安は問題なかったです。 ・希望さえすれば、清掃、ゴミ捨て、タオル交換は無料で対応してもらえるとのことです。 個人的には、総合的に見て素晴らしいコスパのホテルで、また是非利用したいと思いました！ »

« Nice surrounding Good to Take a walk in the morning. Very spacious. Breakfast serving was good. »

« Late Check in was a pain as the hotel is being refurbished. Finding the desk was not easy at 11:30 PM. Other than that the hotel is ok, maybe expensive for the service. »
