'Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests.
For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and...

'I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful.'
