'We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the place more each day. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well built and they have spared no expense to get the best materials. The food is delicious and abundant. Breakfast is included and it is very generous and very high quality food. If you could think of it, they had it. The wood fire pizza was very good. We look forward to returning to Sole Luna in Borsh, Albania again. Shumë faleminderit! '

'The location of the Kalemi 2 cannot be beat. You are in the most atmospheric part of Gjirokaster, with a gorgeous deck overlooking the valley & up to the castle. Relativ laute Musik läuft den ganzen Tag (9-23h) zur Beschallung des Strandes, ist aber auf der ganzen Anlage zu hören, insbesondere im Restaurant und in den Zimmern. Bad im Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, Duschwasser läuft kaum ab.'

'Hele mooie omgeving, het hotel is gelegen op een heuvel met een zeer mooi viewpoint. De weg naar het hotel is wel wat lastig, stijle oude wegen naar boven. Er is helaas geen parking van het hotel zelf. Het hotel is op wandelafstand gelegen van het oude gedeelte van Gjirokaster, leuke oude straatjes met authentieke winkels en restaurants. 'Först gick jag förbi hotellet eftersom det inte såg ut som ett hotell utan enbart som en restaurang. Jag upplevde det som att det var ett familjeägt hotell och alla som jobbade där var mycket trevliga och välkomnande. Dock var det enbart en eller två stycken som kunde prata engelska men det gick bra ändå. Jag fick mycket bra hjälp med att fixa taxi och att undersöka busstider. Detta kan vara lite krångligt annars eftersom taxichaufförerna inte nödvändigtvis pratar engelska här. Men...

'The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is just situated at the entry of the old city, perfect. Only the rooms are smaller that is it righting on the web site, in stead of 30 m2 our deluxe room was only 25 m2.'

'Beautifully re-done building, with a very comfortable bed and large room. Meals were excellent as well, and the service was wonderful. The area is very nice with a very nice patio for meals. Very quiet and sturdy place. Great easy walk into town or if you want a nice hike,you can follow the path up to the top of the hill behind the villa for a great view. '
