'Older home. House was clean and met all our needs. Needs some updates. Fridge wobbles dangerously and one chair was broken. On a busy street. Long term renters on property with beware of dog sign. Host advised us to NOT interact with neighbors.'

'This was a very nice VRBO with amazing views of the mountains, a private drive and parking just for the unit, and a very large, well supplied space. The beds were so comfortable and a large smart TV let us watch our shows while watching the sunsets. The manager is on-site upstairs which led to great service and communication. Some foot noise during the day from the adorable 5 year old but perfectly quiet at night. A great place to stay!'

'Enjoyed our two night stay! Nice space that is well taken care off. Bed was comfortable and the living room was just right for unwinding at the end of the day. The neighborhood is a little interesting, but never unsafe. As with any stay, just get everything out of your car. Hosts were very helpful and communicative throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend especially if you are traveling with a dog!'

'Property is literally across the street from the entrance to the Pikes Peak Highway. Just a couple minutes from downtown Manitou Springs. Hostess is very gracious and serves excellent breakfast baked goods and fruit for breakfast.'

'The property was so clean and tidy! There were so many little things that made a big difference--big towels for the hot tub, beautiful cafe lights for nighttime visiting outside, lots of coffee choices, detergent pods, great parking...I could go on. My family was ecstatic that the check out instructions told us not to do anything. No stripping the beds, sweeping, putting towels in the washer, taking out the trash...nothing! The Manor was delightful. Our hosts were attentive, yet allowed us...

'Average but comfortable clean basement unit in a great location! The master bedroom includes a “no privacy open bathroom area” in one corner of the room. The hot tub was nice as was the fire pit and the nearby creek. No dishwasher or toaster. Pet friendly. Several steps down to the basement. Probably would not stay here again simply because it’s a basement. The hosts were friendly. They were really great!!'

'The home was in a semi secluded area, had neighbors but very quiet area. Very clean.The only thing missing was a covered porch so you could sit outside to enjoy the Colorado rain but definitely not a deal breaker! Overall, loved our stay!'
