'Nice rooms, very nice surroundings. But it’s a pity they turned this lovely house into a very expensive Center Parcs. You smell the pool already when entering the lobby. All the new extensions you do not see on the pictures on the website. . Service often is quite bad & chaotic.'

'Uitstekende schoonmaak, ruime kamer en badkamer'

'This is a beautiful hotel on Loch Lamond but the real reason to come is for the romantic little res'

'Gunstig en zeer rustig gelegen ten opzichte van Glasgow airport. Vriendelijke medewerkers en prima bar en restaurant met voldoende keuze. Het aanzicht buiten staat in hoog contract met de luxe afwerking in Indiase stijl binnen. Het hotel is erg gedateerd en ondergaat momenteel een verbouwing per verdieping. Met name vernieuwing van de badkamers is noodzakelijk. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. '

'Not expensive, but good hotel with excellent service!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone. 100% recommended!'

'Excellent '

'It was close to everything, nice and quiet with beautiful views. Friendly people.'

'The friendliest people in the world down in the pub'

'Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out.'

'This was the perfect place for it stay, perhaps one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Really comfortable lodgings with friendly staff.'

'The apartment is spacious. Everything is very clean and everything needed is included. The views are beautiful. 3 miles up the road to the main hotel, where the pool and restaurants are excellent.'

'This stay was okay. Granted I am uncertain of the location but I had a few expectations that definitely were not met. However this could very well be, you get what you pay for. The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again. Perhaps a college student type stay. I messaged the property manager for parking and access and waited 72 hours and have never received a...

'Perfect stay, felt like home. Nice views, very clean, tasteful decoration, delicious fresh breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. Busstop next door. By taxi 5 min. to Drymen or 10 min. to Balloch. I hope to come back once!'
