« Purbeck hotel was a last minute decision and one I was very happy to have made. I stayed in the lodge, great sized rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful, made me feel at home. Location was great for the town and the Swanage railway, the reason why I was in town. I did not have breakfast as was out early so cannot comment on that side. If I was looking for a negative point then my tv didn’t work (I wasn’t in the room much anyway) and the shower/bath could be better (showerhead needs improvement...

« Had a brilliant stay at The West Bay hotel. All the staff we very friendly and welcome. We had our lab with us and loved meeting their dog Elwood. The room was perfect & huge! Better than the photos showed. Top quality features and fittings and made for a perfect Birthday trip. Highly recommend and miles above the other hotels in West Bay. »
