« When we checked into the property at around 8pm there was no one to check us in which was done by the room boy. After we got into the room we were in for a big surprise, the bed, mattress and linen were dirty, AC was not working, toilets were dirty and not functional without water. There was no water and all the taps were clogged and rusted. There was no way we could spend the night with family in this hotel and went about searching for rooms in other hotels and found one where we checked in....

« Disaster. No supply of water in the bathrooms. Couldn’t sleep all night because of the mattress . Lack of amenities and cleanliness is another thing. »
