'Mooi nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn groot. Design mooi, wel wat vreemd ingericht: bureau achter het bed; glas tussen douche en toilet (niet zo handig als je kamer met iemand deelt). Dames aan de receptie zijn super vriendelijk en service-georienteerd. Ook de IT man die ons hielp met de equipment voor de trainingen die we gaven was erg behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en eigen klein strand. Minpunten: er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt: mieren in de badkamer en hoeken en plinten worden niet schoongemaakt. ...

'It was ok the restaurant's food was not good. We ate there once and never again. Were told they would include breakfast and then told we had to pay. The rooms were not serviced well and some days not done at all. The pool was also very dirty.'

'We booked 3 double rooms and a twin beds room. Staff were gracious and we arrived to a lovely, refreshing drink. Property was very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, had many varieties to choose from. Rooms, had air-conditioning, and were super clean, with bottles of water and milk in fridge, various teas and coffee sachets on offer. Bathrooms were fantastic, good water pressure. Staff were very approachable, professional and helpful. Would recommend.'

'An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff. 'For the price I paid for (NZD1500), I still believed that the service was not on par. Stayed in the front rooms of the hotel on the very top floor (top room straight across the waterfront) and 1st day of our stay, we experienced that during the day when there was a gust of wind coming through the front open deck into the open lounge area, it would blow our door opened (even when we fully locked it).
