'The staff was amazing!! Super friendly and showed us around the hotel. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were soft. There was a bar but I don't drink so never used it. The pool was heated and only 4 feet deep ( great for kids ). The breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from, yogurt, bacon, eggs, pancakes, ect. From now on I am only staying there when in Thunder Bay.'

'Check in took a very long time with only one person in front of us. Very confusing information about where you can and can’t park. Most of the parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away which was not convenient at all. '

'The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. 'I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hilton. Bright, clean and incredibly professional and kind staff. The daily breakfast was fresh and a nice selection of toast, eggs, yogurt, cereals, juices l, teas and coffees. Lots nearby to walk to to grab a coffee or a few groceries. The pool is small but good enough for the kids. The gym has a great selection of cardio equipment and some weights. Would definitely recommend.'
