'The property was beautiful, and the surroundings were stunning. Despite there being other properties it felt very private. A great place to unwind. The dogs were really friendly and so well behaved, they came by each day to play with our dogs and have a cuddle. Host communication was fantastic, they were extremely accomodating and really went the extra mile. Cant recommend this property enough. We'll defintely be back. '

'I arrived needing the toilet. I opened the door to find 3 beds in adjoining rooms but no toilet or bathroom. I ran around in desperation, even to a property next door. Eventually found a tiny, partially hidden pathway which I followed and found a toilet and bathroom at the end of the path. No signage or written explanations in the bedroom telling me where the toilet is. No response to my desperate written message.'

'Such a lovely place to stay, beautifully presented, every condiment you could want, fresh flowers and herbs in the room. A lovely bottle of bubbles in the fridge, hot tub a real treat, so quiet. Host are fantastic, they go above and beyond to make your stay so comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely be back.'

My elderly parents chose not to stay because the property was not clean, they refused to sleep in the bed because of the state of the linen and the property had no heating.I am seeking a full refund. I have spoken to the Property owner who was most embarrassed and apologetic. She has agreed to the full refund.'

'I travel to P/North regulary but this was the first time I have stayed at Alpha. The motel is set back off the street which means it is more quiet than most I have stayed at. Loved the artwork in the room and the kitchen had what I needed for a week long stay. Great water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfy. Unfortunatly I got bitten by either fleas or bed bugs every single night. I did report this to staff (who were very nice) and my linen was changed however was still bitten the...
